Move Overview
Jigglypuff has many moves in her repertoire, for each and every situation. Notably, her Aerials are much better than her Normals, so always keep that in mind.
Basic Attacks
Jab: Jigglypuff does a quick "1, 2" punch at her opponent. It is fast. It is very good for racking up percents. You can link two Jab Combos into a Dash Grab or Dash Attack.

Dash Attack: Jigglypuff aggressively tackles her opponent. This move is strong, fast, and long lasting. It's great for punishing or challenging other moves. It is invincible and beats almost every move. It also can kill at reasonable percents. You can chain together multiple Dash Attacks at low percents, if your opponent does not tech.

Forward Tilt: Jigglypuff does a quick kick at her opponent. It is decently fast and has decent knockback. It's a good spacing tool and can knock opponents away. It can jab lock at low percents and be angled up or down.

Neutral Aerial: Jigglypuff does a long lasting kick in the air. This move is amazing. It's a very long lasting sex kick with good damage and knockback. It's fast enough to break combos. It can also beat many projectiles and moves due to it's high priority. It is also a great edgeguarding tool. It kills at high percents and kills early offstage. It short-hop autocancels.

Forward Aerial: Jigglypuff does a forward kick. It is also long lasting, it's great for poking at your opponents at a safe range. It is her main combo and string starter. Down Aerial: Jigglypuff twirls multiple times in the air hitting her opponents with her feet. This move is very long lasting and her most damaging aerial. By manipulating the move's vacuum effect, you can combo off of it. To do that you have to move backwards with this move for the first half of it, then forward in the rest of it.

Rest: Jigglypuff takes a nap sending her opponents flying. This move is very risky, but very devastating when hit. It can kill opponents at very ridiculously early percents. It can be used out of shield, for tech chases, and can be comboed into. Though remember that missing it will lead to a huge punish. This move can shift the momentum of the whole match.
